I have to admit that I am very new to the blogging scene. I really have no idea what I am doing, but I figure I will give it a shot and see how I like it. I guess I will start by saying that I am newly married (about 3 months) and I am loving it. My husband Tabor and I are living and working here in Utah and are enjoying it here for the most part. I am sure a location change is not too far in the future, although we are still not sure where that change will be to.
Tabor and I met on July 2, 2011 at a forth of July fireworks show. The first day we met we didn't talk to each other at all. I talked to his roommate mostly and he was there to get another girls number. Luckily the next day we met each other again at another party and started talking. After exchanging numbers at the end of the night we went our separate ways. For some reason I couldn't stop thinking about him and texted him early the next morning hoping to spark up conversation and get him to ask me out. It worked. He eventually asked me if I wanted to go watch fireworks with him that night and I said yes of course. That was what we consider our first date (even though my cousin Missy was there as my wingman). After 4 days of waiting he finally asked me out again, and since that day we have been inseparable. Things just clicked and we knew it was right, and exactly two months after we met we got engaged. We planned a wedding and 3 months later we were married. I have never been happier and I could not have found a husband more wonderful.
I guess for now I will just post some pictures and try to get a hang of blogging.
These are just two pictures of Tabor and I as kids.
This is the first picture we ever took together when we started dating.
This was when we first got engaged.
I love my ring so much!
